Joe joined evolve wealth in 2014 as an apprentice and has developed into a specialist in complex financial planning, particularly for business owners and retirees in Grimsby.

With a strong technical focus, Joe simplifies complex financial concepts and delivers clear, practical advice. He uses cash flow planning and personalised guidance to help clients gain confidence and clarity about their financial future.

Joe works closely with business owners, helping them navigate the financial challenges and opportunities of running a business while planning for a secure retirement.

Locally based, Joe has built strong relationships with clients, supporting them with tailored strategies and ongoing advice.

Donna Moore FPFS

Chartered Financial Planner

Donna joined evolve wealth in 2016, bringing extensive financial planning experience to clients across Grimsby and the surrounding areas. Before joining evolve wealth, she spent many years in banking and insurance, giving her almost two decades of experience in financial services.

We are very proud to say that Donna is the only female Chartered Independent Financial Planner based in Grimsby. She specialises in retirement planning and pensions. With a warm and approachable style, she simplifies complex financial decisions, helping clients confidently answer important questions like “Can I afford to retire?” and “How can I make the most of my pension?”.

Donna has helped many clients locally achieve peace of mind about their retirement plans.

Lacey joined evolve wealth in 2023 and quickly became a key part of the team. Now a fully qualified Paraplanner, she plays an important role in both our Ongoing Planning Reviews and in supporting business owners with tailored financial plans.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive, client-focused approach, Lacey helps ensure that every recommendation is clear, accurate and aligned with the client’s long-term goals.

Amelia recently joined the team, after completing her first class degree in Business and Finance at the University of Lincoln.

Amelia is embarking on a career in paraplanning and has a solid academic foundation within personal financial planning and financial management. She has future aspirations to become a qualified paraplanner.

Philippa joined our team in 2021, bringing a background in commodities broking and a sharp eye for detail.

Ben joined us in January 2025 as part of his T-Level in Business and Administration at Franklin College.

He assists across the team while gaining hands-on experience in financial services. Based at reception, Ben ensures clients receive a warm welcome and is always eager to learn and contribute.

Raymond founded evolve wealth and now serves as Chairman, guiding the firm’s long-term vision and commitment to independent, face-to-face financial planning.

With over 30 years in financial planning, Raymond has truly seen it all. Through dedication and continuous professional development, he earned Chartered Financial Planner status and has helped hundreds of clients with retirement planning, investments, pensions and business protection. While he no longer provides day-to-day advice, he remains focused on ensuring evolve wealth maintains its high standards of client service and expert guidance.
