Here’s what happens when you get in touch.

  • First Contact

    The start of your journey

    When you get in touch, whether by phone, email or WhatsApp, you will usually be put through directly to a Financial Planner. They will ask a few simple questions to see if we are likely to be the right fit. If it sounds like we can help, we will take a few details and get your initial meeting booked in.

  • Initial Meeting

    Getting to know you

    We start with a friendly, no-pressure chat.

    We will sit down together, usually for up to an hour, to talk things through. You can ask us anything, and we will ask a few questions to understand your goals, your current situation and anything you might be unsure about.

    This meeting is free and there is no obligation. It is simply a chance to see if we are the right fit and whether we can genuinely help. If not, we will always try to point you in the right direction.

  • Discovery Meeting

    Time for us to learn

    This is where we really start to get into the detail.

    We will gather information on your pensions, investments, savings, income, spending, cash holdings, and any other relevant assets. We will also look at your tax position and complete a risk profiling exercise to understand how you feel about investment risk.

    At this stage, we will also contact your existing providers to request up-to-date information. This can take a little time, as some providers are slower to respond than others, but it is an important part of getting things right.

    Just as important, we will talk about your goals, what you want from life, and when you want it.

    It is a thorough session, and we do get a bit nosey, but it is the only way to make sure our advice properly reflects your situation.

  • Strategy

    Time for us to think

    Once we have everything we need, we take a step back and start building your plan.

    We go through your pensions, investments, savings, income, tax position, and goals. We look at what is working, what could be improved and what needs to change. Then we create a clear strategy that brings it all together.

    We will present this to you in a meeting. We will walk you through what we are looking at, explain why it matters and show the advantages of taking action. You will have the chance to ask questions, share any thoughts and make sure you are happy with everything before we move on.

  • Recommendation

    It’s decision time

    Once you are happy with the strategy, we will move on to making formal recommendations.

    We will explain exactly what we are advising, why we believe it is right for you, and how it fits with the plan we have built together. This might include setting up new pensions or investments, adjusting existing ones, or taking other steps to improve your financial position.

    You will receive everything in writing, with clear explanations and no jargon. We will go through it with you at your own pace, and make sure you are confident before anything is put in place.

  • Implementation

    We do the heavy lifting

    Once you have agreed to the recommendations, we take care of putting everything into place.

    We handle the paperwork, liaise with providers, and make sure all the details are correct. You will be kept informed throughout the process, and we are always here to answer any questions.

    This stage is about making your plan a reality without you having to worry about the details.

  • Review

    We don’t stand still

    Financial planning is not a one-time event. We meet regularly to review your plan, check progress and make sure everything is still right for you.

    As your circumstances and goals change, we adapt your plan to keep you on track.

    We also provide ongoing support and advice whenever you need it, so you can feel confident that you are always in control.
